His wealth of experience is underpinned by achievements spanning a successful career in accountancy, HR, operations, project management, sales and marketing and general management. A career he left by choice to provide high level consultancy interventions.
He is an alumnus of two top international business schools with a range of qualifications in accountancy, management and strategy to support his experience. Further qualifications cover personal and business growth coaching, leadership, cultural assessment and NLP. He is an Insights Discovery® Licensed Practitioner and Mentor of the Central and Northern areas. He continues in investing in his own development to ensure that he is not delivering yesterdays thoughts into today's world.
Importantly he has embedded this knowledge with really practical, down to earth, sleeves rolled up delivery saying 'if I can't make a difference I don't deserve to be here'.
As an experienced coach and mentor he works particularly well with managers and executives. He has a firm belief that everyone has unfathomed potential that just needs the right material, the right moment and the right help to unleash. And sadly sees so much truth in the quotation:
