Colin and Jay are both professional facilitators and can help you to ensure that tricky meetings deliver what is required. The most important stage is the planning and we will work out with you how to design the meeting effectively.

We are both fully trained in using PinBoards, a technique which can help a group to find a common way forwards and this may be an appropriate tool to use.

We are often asked to facilitate meetings about company vision, objectives and strategies and sometimes we can add useful ideas to make the process more likely to deliver the best outcomes. We also regularly chair or facilitate Board meetings and company awaydays to make sure they achieve the right pace, focus and mood.
